Characterization of the leadership styles of secondary school students in a public educational institution

چکیده
The purpose of this study was to identify the predominant leadership style fourth year high school students in a public educational institution Trujillo. research is simple descriptive scope with non-experimental design, Leadership Styles Test Robert R. Blake and Jane S. Mouton (1980) used as data collection instrument. instrument, being administered single moment 100 grade sections "A", "B", "C" "D" Educational Institution Nº81002 "Javier Heraud". Once obtained from test were analyzed, following results reported: no student showed tendency towards "team leader" style, only one "authoritarian 3 "social 36 "outside 60 "balanced style. Concluding that among would be leader", however, it clarified these styles are not static leader can change or combine different achieve objectives team also maintain good interpersonal relationships his team.
